Acquisition to Strengthen UDT’s Ability to Meet Growing Client Demand for Seamless Cloud Solutions and Enterprise Digital Transformation

DORAL, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– UDT, a technology solutions company that evaluates, architects, secures, and manages information technology for organizations of all sizes, today announced its acquisition of ConQuest Technology Services, a top information technology solutions provider. The transaction, completed November 17, will enhance UDT’s capabilities in cloud services and better position the company to meet a growing demand for seamless cloud solutions and enterprise digital transformation.

“We recognize the challenges and opportunities that companies face in today’s digital-first world, and this acquisition accelerates our capabilities to deliver cloud and collaboration solutions that significantly improve our clients’ performance, productivity, and competitiveness,” said UDT CEO Henry Fleches. “After extensive due diligence and evaluation of the country’s top thought leaders and providers in route-to-cloud, we decided to acquire ConQuest due to its enterprise client experience, top certifications, industry awards, extensive expertise and commitment to outstanding client service. It is further distinguished as one of the most prolific, well-known, and well-respected implementers of Microsoft cloud technology in the country.”

Added Ben Tosado, Senior Vice President Enterprise Cloud Technologies: “We are thrilled with this partnership, which brings together two great companies with over 40 years combined in business, which share similar values and culture, as well as a tremendous amount of synergy in the marketplace. This partnership will give us a powerful platform to serve clients nationwide at an even higher level as we continue to deliver on our mission of providing access to best-of-breed technologies that free our customers to focus on running their businesses, not the technologies that support them.”

UDT helps companies implement unique cloud configurations – from private, public and hybrid clouds – to better manage and access their data and drive greater insights and knowledge from the data it manages. Its tech teams and engineers, together with its strategic partners, help companies easily access and gain deeper insights from their data by building flexible and agile cloud-based operations while mitigating risk and ensuring security and compliance.

ConQuest, a technology enabler providing management, architecture, and deployment services, will bolster UDT’s existing cloud capabilities by providing access to its noted team of 20 cloud experts, who are Microsoft certified in digital transformation and cloud-based security. Ranked among the top 10 Azure deployment partners in the country, ConQuest has completed several of the largest deployments for Microsoft cloud technologies with Burger King, AutoNation, Baptist Health, ADT, Caterpillar, and the United Nations.

As more companies recognize the value of working from the cloud and the volume of data continues to grow exponentially, UDT will continue to expand to meet a growing demand for its counsel and seamless route-to-cloud execution.
