How would you describe the UDT culture?

The UDT culture is driven and energetic. Everyone is dedicated to their professional responsibilities while providing a strong level of support and encouragement to each other.


What does a typical day as a Service Desk Analyst look like?

No day is ever the same in the Network Operations Center (NOC). Always assisting where needed and working to resolve tickets.


How have you grown professionally while working for UDT?

Holding myself accountable by setting clear attainable goals and having a driven plan to achieve those goals.


Where do you see yourself in five years?

Continuously building skills and taking on new challenges in my job. I look forward to gaining opportunities to expand my responsibilities within this role.

What do you enjoy doing in your time off?
