What’s your work-life philosophy? 

I believe that commitment  is critical in all you do. I commit myself to my work, my family, my religious beliefs, and my health every single day.

How would you describe the UDT culture?

FAMILY.  I have been a member of the UDT family now for almost 10 years and feel truly blessed.  All families disagree, argue, laugh, cry, struggle and hold one another up during difficult times.

What does a typical day as the Director of Service Operations  look like?

My day always begins with coffee and taking my goldendoodle for a walk (the walk is more for me-  not him!)  I spend my day interacting with Billing, Finance, Sales, PMO, Professional Services and staffing partners.  No two days are alike, and I love it!

What technology solutions do you use in your role?

Microsoft Teams is critical to me. I can collaborate with anyone in the organization at a moment’s notice. I also rely heavily on ConnectWise and Salesforce.

What is the best professional advice you would give?

Treat everyone with kindness and respect regardless of their title/position.

People would be surprised if they knew you…

Love country music!

What do you enjoy doing in your time off?  

Any type of activity that keeps me moving! Walking, cycling, skating, weightlifting, body surfing, rock climbing, you name it!
