Based in South Florida, The King’s Academy is a college preparatory school, with students ranging from preschool to 12th grade. UDT (UDT) had previously worked with The King’s Academy to introduce a STEM program and lab.
Apart from the STEM component, UDT and Samsung partnered to bring digital displays to The King’s Academy, placing the screens throughout the campus. The impact was felt immediately, as the screens were introduced into the classrooms and the lobby. Inside the classroom, teachers could use the displays to have interactive lessons and showcase videos and other content for students.
Outside of the classroom, the displays were placed inside the lobby of the performing arts center, providing a way for student performances to go uninterrupted. On the side of the stage, a display allows for students to view the performance from the perspective of the audience. The displays have also been placed around the athletics center, and have been resilient through the traditionally rainy South Florida weather.
To keep the messaging consistent throughout all of the displays, UDT suggested using MagicInfo to segment the messages throughout the campus. The ease of updating content has allowed for TKA’s marketing team to quickly update the screens with new messages, as well as provide guests in the lobby the ability to see the best of student life at The King’s Academy.
