Being new to UDT, how would you describe the UDT culture?
Very welcoming and intelligent people truly make the company successful. You have the best of both worlds: high degree of professionalism with the family-like feel.
What does customer experience mean to you?
Ultimate customer experience is achieved when the customer feels proud to recommend UDT to another person.
How do you see the customer experience department growing in the future?
CX touches all aspect of the business. It is more than just a department; it is a company culture. This culture already exists, it was created in the last 25 years of UDT. Now our CX employees will help structure and optimize the processes to ensure we can scale UDT faster without compromising the core values already in place.
What is the best professional advice you would give?
Keep your mind open to new ideas and new ways of doing things, read a lot and take care of yourself, mind and body, to endure the ride.

I lived my whole life since I was 14 working with computers and related industries, but I was never a fan of video games.
What do you enjoy doing in your time off?
Indoor cycling (everyday), cooking (weekends), track days (driving in the racetrack 3-4 times a year)
