What do you like best about working at UDT?

What role do you play on the government team?
Currently, I work on the Government Team as the Capture Lead. I have the pleasure of working across the lines of businesses and the different regions to bring the Capture process to fruition once a pursuit decision is made.

What is your advice for customer facing?
Always offer to be a sounding board, provide insight, and do your research. Act as a resource to the customer and demonstrate your commitment to serving them.
What is the best professional advice you would give?
Never stop improving and always have a goal in mind. Get comfortable being uncomfortable and push yourself when you think you can’t keep going.
People would be surprised if they knew you…
I’ve run in three marathons (one in Paris and two in New York City). I also learned to juggle for extra credit in college.
What do you enjoy doing in your time off?
When I’m not hanging out with my family, I enjoy running, staying active, and planning my next adventure. Right now, I am also exploring how to obtain my pilot’s license.
