My work-life philosophy is to maintain a combination of integrity and teamwork. When you do things honestly, give 110% daily, and adopt a team-oriented attitude, the result will always be a positive one.
What do you like best about working at UDT?
What I like best about working at UDT is the corporate culture and the culture we created within our team. Having a strong culture defines the way in which a team members interact with one another. For the time that I have been working here, I can certainly say that UDT’s culture highly values each employee in the organization. But most importantly, I have witnessed how UDT’s culture results in close bonds with each other.
How do you help the warehouse personnel to function smoothly?
By providing assistance in researching inventory discrepancies in a timely matter and working with inventory personnel on troubleshooting inconsistencies.
What do you feel is most important when capturing inventory transactions?
You need to be aware of the impact it can have on all the departments involved. Analyzing each transaction carefully is key to avoiding any issues while invoicing a customer.
What innovative methods are you implementing to continue streamlining inventory?
Maintaining clear communication with the warehouse team on a daily basis and keeping very detailed inventory records. Systems integration is crucial when it comes to streamlining inventory records, and by learning more every day about our inventory system and the reporting we can generate from it, we can find new ways to make it more integrated with our ERP system.
What is the best professional advice you would give?
Give 110% effort every day, and always look for a solution, no matter the limitations, while maintaining your integrity.

I am a goof ball. People usually think that I am a very uptight or stuck-up person because I’m very quiet and reserved at work. But when people get to know me, they get to see the silly side of me.
What do you enjoy doing in your time off?
I can’t really stay still – I’m always on the run doing something. I’m a frustrated chef at heart, so I’m always trying to cook innovative recipes. I also enjoy bike riding, rollerblading, and painting on canvas.
