UDT raises funds for 12th Man Football and Cheer Camp during 7th Annual Tee Off for Technology

The 12th Man Football and Cheer Camp is a one-day community camp that gives differently-abled children the opportunity to participate in sports.

United Data Technology (UDT) hosted their annual Tee Off for Technology on May 18, 2018, benefitting the 12^th Man Football and Cheer Camp. This year’s event marks the seventh Tee Off for Technology, and the event raised $10,000 for the charity.

Hosted at the Biltmore Coral Gables, the event featured a full day of golf and raffle prizes. The winning teams were treated to gift cards, and raffle prizes included a tailgate set, Amazon Echo, and more. Sponsors of the event included Synnex, Cisco, Microsoft, HP, HPE, Veeam, Lightspeed Systems, Equinix, Samsung, DELL EMC, Ingram, PureStorage, f5, Fortinet, Flexential, Elysium Effect, and Intel.

The 12th Man Football and Cheer Camp is a one-day community camp that gives differently-abled children the opportunity to participate in sports. Coaches from football and cheerleading teams put this camp together at no cost to the participants. Children above the age of eight are eligible to participate in an all-day football or cheerleading camp. Originally started in South Florida, the camp has grown and expanded to hosting a camp in South Carolina.
