Principles

UDTBOLD stands by 5 core principles that define how we aim to drive change:

RECRUIT

and hire from a diverse candidate pool.

INCLUDE

all qualified employees, regardless of gender, race, color, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status, to ensure an organizational culture that embraces all.

DEVELOP

all employees to make significant impacts to the organization and the communities they serve.

ELEVATE

qualified employees into leadership positions across the organization

COMMUNICATE

the importance of diversity and inclusion within the organization and to our suppliers, partners, and other external stakeholders.

UDTNOW – A UDTBOLD Program

One of our primary goals is to continue advocating for women and technology and fostering growth in this area.
