UDT Named one of the Fastest Growing Companies in America

UDT representatives will be among honorees recognized during the 2015 Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala

UDT representatives will be among honorees recognized during the 2015 Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala, which will be held October 21-23 at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando. The company received a personal letter from Eric Schurenberg, Inc. Magazine’s president and editor-in-chief, announcing the notable achievement.

“Only a tiny fraction of the nation’s companies have demonstrated such remarkably consistent high growth, particularly in the difficult economic environment of the past few years,” Schurenberg wrote to UDT’s executive team. “This achievement truly puts you in rarefied company.”

UDT was cofounded in 1995 by Henry Fleches and his long-time friend, Gerard Amaro, both sons of Hispanic immigrants.  The company, which started humbly in a Miami Lakes home, is now a booming corporate enterprise with over 200 employees at locations in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas.  Inc.  Magazine listed UDT among companies with revenues in the $100-250 million range.

Fleches, UDT’s president and CEO, said the company is honored to be recognized among best-in-class growth companies contributing to America’s economic recovery.

“We are humbled by our ranking on the Inc. 5000 list for the sixth consecutive year.  The continued recognition is the latest indication that we are delivering the right innovative solutions for our customers” Fleches said. “We remain committed to those core principles of serving our customers with excellence as we continue to expand throughout the United States.”
