UDTNOW | A UDTBOLD Program

One of our primary goals is to continue advocating for women in technology and fostering growth in this area. UDTNOW (The UDT Network Of Women) is a UDTBOLD program designed to create networking, mentoring, and leadership opportunities for women. MEET MELISSA

Meet Guillermo

Guillermo Benites is the Vice President of Financial Services at UDT. Guillermo is responsible for the creation and innovation of business solutions for the financial services sector as well as for leading business development for this important vertical. He leverages more than 25 years of experience in several areas, including banking, regulatory compliance, computer forensic services, IT security and risk management.

Prior to joining UDT, Guillermo enjoyed a distinguished career that included posts such as CEO of Axxis Solutions and COO of Enterprise Risk Management in addition to having served in various executive leadership positions at Caja Mediterráneo, Banco de Crédito del Perú, and Atlantic Security Bank of Miami.

Guillermo obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Nova Southeastern University. He is also a board member of the South Florida Banking Institute (SFBI), the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA), and the Center for Financial Training and Global Mentor of Apprentice Worldwide.

Meet Mabelle

Mabelle Gonzalez, the Director of People Operations at UDT, has successfully served in critical
leadership and strategic roles within the company’s Human Resources Department for the past 15
years. Mabelle is noted for her development and implementation of the company’s unique policies and programs that promote employee development, employee engagement, and retention – and are
widely credited for the company’s continued growth and success.

Mabelle, who helped create the foundation of UDT’s HR department, advises the company’s leadership on staffing and recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. Most recently, she helped lead the department’s transformation to become the “UDT People Operations Department,” which currently oversees all aspects of the employee experience at UDT.

Mabelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and SHRM-SCP certification.

Meet Paula

Paula Euse is the VP of Marketing at UDT, a leading national provider of technology solutions and IT resiliency.

Her responsibilities include leading the creation and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and demand generation programs for the company nationally. She works closely with the company’s leadership to execute go-to-market strategies, driving customer acquisition and overseeing marketing investments and results. She serves as a member at large for UDTBOLD and UDT’s Network of Women. Her previous roles at UDT included Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager.

Paula has a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a master’s degree from Rutgers University. She has a Product Marketer Master Certification in product marketing from the Pragmatic Institute. Paula serves as a board member for the Extraordinary Women Leading Change Conference and Advisory Committee Member for FIBA Bankers.

Meet Elvis

Elvis Urbina is the Vice President of Customer Experience at UDT, bringing 25 years of expertise in IT Services Delivery. He holds degrees in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and International Business from Florida International University, along with several industry-standard certifications.

With a deep passion for customer satisfaction, Elvis oversees key functions such as Project Management, Managed Services Operations, and Customer Success. His leadership ensures that every service delivered meets the highest standards of excellence, ultimately delighting UDT’s customers.

Throughout his career, Elvis has built and led high-performing teams dedicated to service delivery excellence. He thrives on fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that UDT remains a trusted partner in the ever-evolving IT landscape. His strategic vision and hands-on approach enable organizations to maximize the value of their IT investments while driving efficiency and success.

Elvis’ commitment to customer experience goes beyond operational excellence—he believes in building long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and exceptional service. As a leader, mentor, and advocate for customer-centric strategies, he continues to shape the future of IT service delivery, ensuring UDT’s customers achieve their goals with confidence.

Meet Simon

Simon Weller is Chief Technology Officer of UDT’s Service Provider Unit, where he leads strategy, innovation, and engineering for next-generation connectivity and cloud solutions.

A seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience, Simon has built a career at the intersection of network architecture, systems engineering, and business development.

Before joining UDT, he served as VP of Technology and GM Americas at TRU3T Group and spent more than 18 years at ENA, where he rose to Vice President of Technology and was instrumental in launching industry-first IaaS platforms, disruptive content delivery systems, and carrier voice product suites that achieved consistent double-digit growth.

Simon is widely recognized as a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and innovator with a track record of translating complex technologies into transformational business outcomes. Based in Nashville, he brings deep expertise in SIP, VoIP, and systems architecture to UDT’s growing service provider business.

Meet Melissa

Melissa Beckham is the Senior Director of Finance at UDT. She is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in the public accounting and private business sectors. Melissa is a strategic and decisive finance leader whose work experience includes financial operations management, process improvement, internal controls/SOX compliance, professional development and team building, auditing, M&A, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting, financial statement preparation and analysis, and SEC reporting.

Prior to joining UDT, Melissa spent 13 years at Continucare Corporation in several roles, including 10 years as Controller. Continucare Corporation was a publicly traded healthcare company that was acquired by Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc. in 2011 and then subsequently by Humana, Inc. in 2012. Prior to that, Melissa spent 3 years as an Audit Senior for Ernst & Young LLP.

Melissa holds a MS in Accounting from University of Virginia and a BS in International Finance and Marketing from University of Miami. She was born and raised in Miami, FL and is married with three children.

Meet Karrie

Karrie Henderson is Vice President of Sales, South Central at UDT, where she leads growth across a dynamic multi-state region. With more than 25 years of technology sales and leadership experience, she is known for driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and forging strategic partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes for customers.

Prior to joining UDT, Karrie held senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies, Smarsh, IBM, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, and Microsoft, where she consistently exceeded targets and transformed sales organizations through disciplined execution and customer-first strategies. Her background spans commercial, education, and public sector markets, giving her a unique ability to align solutions to complex customer needs.

Recognized for her ability to inspire teams and strengthen relationships at every level, Karrie embodies UDT’s mission of helping clients succeed in today’s fast-changing technology landscape.

Karrie holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.

  1. Determine which systems were impacted and immediately isolate them. Take the network offline at the switch level or physically unplug the systems from the wired or wireless network.
  2. Immediately take backups offline to preserve them. Scan backups with anti-virus and malware tools to ensure they’re not infected
  3. Initiate an immediate password reset on affected user accounts with new passwords that are no less than 14 characters in length. Do this for Senior Management accounts as well.
