UDT Ranked 13th Best Place to Work Among South Florida Medium-Size Companies

Doral Fl – March 2,  2015  – UDT (UDT), one of the fastest growing IT solutions providers in the United States, was ranked 13 th among medium-size companies chosen as “The Best Places to Work” by the South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ).

The results are based on an annual survey that the journal conducts to determine the best places to work in the South Florida area. Employees filled out confidential online surveys rating their employers in a program developed by Quantum Workplace. Quantum took the data and ranked the companies based on employee feedback and satisfaction within the workplace, according to information on the SFBJ website.

Forty businesses were chosen as finalists in three business categories – small, medium and large. They were selected from among 200 companies and honored at a “Rockin’” business luncheon held Feb.  26 at the Signature Grand in Davie. Nearly 450 people attended.

“Our employees are our greatest asset and we are glad that they consider our company a great place to work,” said Henry Fleches, UDT’s president and CEO. “We work every day to create an environment that not only aims for customer satisfaction, but also improves the quality of life for each employee.”
