What’s your work-life philosophy?

“How you do anything is how you do everything.” Always do and be your best in the many things you will do in your life.

How does HR strive to create a great company culture?

HR knows the value of strong relationships and our culture is founded on the principle of fostering positive relationships. We promote an environment where everyone, regardless of role or tenure, feels a strong connection to their team, colleagues, and company.

What’s your best professional advice?

Always remember that, “success is not final, failure is not fatal”.

For many highly successful people, failure was a precursor to success.  Failing means you are taking action and with each failure you’re learning and getting better.

What do you feel makes UDT unique and a great place to work?

Despite being a technology leader, UDT remains a very ‘human’ place to work.  Our people are most valuable and we appreciate that every staff member has the capability to make a unique impact.

What is your favorite part of your position?

I love partnering with employees within all levels of the organization to provide solutions and create transformation.

What are some of your hobbies?

I read about a dozen books each year. I also enjoy traveling, hiking and physically adventurous activities.

People would be surprised if they knew you…

Ran with the bulls in San Sebastian de los Reyes near Madrid, Spain. It is much smaller than the more popular event held in Pamplona.
