UDT was happy to provide a recent healthcare client with a completely unique and comprehensive managed security service! The healthcare client was seeking a partnership with a company who would provide a richer feature set and better service offerings that allowed for tighter integration into their existing systems.

The client turned to the trusted experts here at UDT  because of our capabilities to integrate with multiple security vendors, access to a robust interface and flexibility. The client’s SIEM software interface was as feature rich as our interface but lacked visibility into their overall security program. The client began using the UDTSecure ARMED dashboard to provide situational awareness about their security program and security incidents.

At the end of this partnership, our UDT experts were able to integrate with the client’s SIEM and ticketing software while alleviating the security team from monitoring both of their existing interfaces. The client was also provided the ability to view all tickets and cases in one location, increasing efficiency overall.
