UDT, a leading managed, security and cloud services provider helping clients across Federal, State, Local, Education, Enterprise and Commercial clients, today announced the creation of UDTBOLD, a Diversity and Inclusion initiative.

UDTBOLD which stands for Bridging the Equality Gap, Orchestrating an inclusive culture, Lasting Change, and Diversity, is a UDT initiative focused on driving diversity-awareness and advocating for inclusion and equal opportunities for all.

“Diversity is more than just a policy for us; it is an important part of our history,” said UDT CEO, Henry Fleches. “As a Hispanic-owned company, we are committed to deepening diversity across our organization and promoting a workforce that thrives from an inclusive culture.”

The UDTBOLD team is made up of 7 members of UDT’s diverse workforce including Board Chairwoman Paula Euse, Board Vice Chair Mariana Lugaro, and Board Members Guillermo Benites, Naudia Burrell, Claudia Smith, Fernando Mejia, and Melissa Toledo.
