UDTBOLD which stands for Bridging the Equality Gap, Orchestrating an inclusive culture, Lasting Change, and Diversity, is a UDT initiative focused on driving diversity-awareness and advocating for inclusion and equal opportunities for all.

The UDTBOLD team is made up of 7 members of UDT’s diverse workforce including Board Chairwoman Paula Euse, Board Vice Chair Guillermo Benites, and Board Members, Mariana Lugaro, Mabelle Gonzalez, Melissa Beckham, Fernando Mejia, and Melissa Toledo.
